"Tähelepanelik, empaatiline."
Vastab kiirelt minu muredele. Helistab ise, kui on vaja täpsustada andmeid, uurib ravi kohta lähemalt jne. On jah sirgjoonelise jutuga, kuid arsti puhul ma ei eeldakski läbi lillede kõnelusi.

"The worst “doctor” ever"
I remember the days when Dr. Pärnpuu used to be somehow professional, not nice but at least willing to help. When the Covid pandemic started she absolutely changed her approach. She is not willing to help, dig deeper into the problem, she doesn’t want to give a referrals, misinterprets the conclusions of other specialists, leaves patients without care. She acts very arrogantly “I have 2500 patients, not only you”, “I will not spent my budget on your child” etc. She seems to be interested only in paid services. She brought me to the point when I felt physically sick only when thinking about visiting or dealing with her. We had to change the doctor. I can’t recommend her at all.

"Vahetasin perearsti, kohutav kogemus"
Dr. Pärnpuu ärritub väga kergelt, on ebaviisakas ja ebameeldiv. Vajalikku abi ei saanud.

"Halb kogemus"

Kättesaadavus on olnud hea, v.a Covidi aeg. Õdede kohta pole samuti midagi ette heita.

"Poor assessment of my situation + homophobic approach after learning my sexual orientation"
During the result, the doctor treated my fainting episode as one isolated case as it had never happened before. However, when I collapsed, I ended up getting one my teeth chipped due to the fall and I might have potentially hit my head. As above mentioned, her reasoning justifies the 50/50 chance that a neurologist will take me for an appointment. Halfway through the appointment, she asked if my partner and I were gay—as I did not see the reason to say anything it when we entered her room—when I looked at him to ask if I'd mentioned everything. After that, she asked when I last tested for HIV and added it to the request for the exams. I wonder whether this is normally asked to every patient that has ever collapsed and is looking to know what might have happened or not, or are only the LGBT people asked? If not that, when I opened my digilugu page, I came across not only the HIV test, but also hepatitis and syphilis. And still, I have not been contacted by her as of yet to clarify the analyses as I'm not fluent in Estonian. And I also emailed the clinic looking for any information about my referral to see a neurologist and I simply got "Please, wait for the doctors answer" as a reply.

"Halb teenindus"

"Halb kogemus"
Ei hooli patsientidest, raske saatekirju saada

"Ei ole rahul"
Ebaviisakas arst, kellele patsiendile ükskõik. Minu probleem ei olnud lahendanud. Ei soovita. Pärast külastamist sain palju negatiivsust.
