"Wrong Diagnostics"

When I was sick with lichen, Dr Toomas Vessin said that in Estonia we did not have Lichen at all. (But my cottage cat have it and I saw it and tell it to him). So he said it is Psoriasis. After 1 Month of treatment without result I decide to to another Dr. which diagnosed - lichen, and cured me in 2 weeks. I'm sorry, but I'm surprised this doctor still has a work license.
