"Не оправдала ожиданий"

Очень уставший от пациентов и слегка грубый врач. Банальные рекомендации , не решающие проблему

I was referred to this doctor as Xray results showed sth in lungs and they suspected either inflammation or tuberculosis. Once arrived, first she made a big deal as my last name didnt match in their database and my document, although my lastname in their database was read through phone by EE doctor and written down by EE personel (my lastname isnt Estonia). Secondly, I received such comments why did I arrive there if she doesnt see anything in my lungs, who sent me to her, why and why. I am just patient, yes I might not have threated myself until I got healthy and postponed my lungs checkup due other illnesses or family circumstances, but I did not deserve that doctor would talk to me in such tone and make a scene why such patient arrived.
