Väga hea tunne on dr.Vitali juures käia. Oma rahulikkusega suudab ära vōtta kōik hirmud ja ebameeldivad tunded, mis hambaarstiga seostub. Alati uurib kuidas enesetunne, selgitab juurde iga tegevust. Mis pōhiline, pika protseduuri käigus mängib seal kliinikus ka muusika 🙂

Very polite Dentist up until you have some issues regarding the work he has done. Went for a root canal which he confidently offered and ended up with my sinus punctured, nerve pain in the sinus, cheek and back of eye which occurred during the procedure and after the procedure I had brown medicine fluid pour out through my sinus along with medicine in my sinus which is lingering at the tip of the root. Almost six months later and still have issues due to this and make things worse, the filling that is supposed to last for years is now caved in and got a hole in it as the canals have been made so wide. After sending a few concerned emails to Mr Gavrilin, he mentioned that I still have a slight infection which I found slightly funny since I paid for a root canal to fix the infection. After bouncing a few emails back and forth I was told that i could have a procedure done called ‘microsurgical root canal’ to fix the apparent slight infection and pain which could fix the issue at an extra cost which I wasn’t prepared to do. After writing Gavrilin he offered me the op for free but due to my lack of trust in his work and false comments of normality regarding my pain of the failed procedure prior and being claimed as normal I didn’t want to proceed with his services and asked for a compensation as I have had to pay extra for trying to fix the issues he caused. When asking for the compensation he told me to stop “harassing him” and that I was being blocked

Olen väga rahul temaga,selgitab protseduuri käigus kôike.Juureravi kestis ligi 2h ja algul oli hirm küll suur,kuid need môtted kadusid.Oskab suhelda,selgitada ja paneb patsiendi end mugavalt tundma.

"Asjalik, kompetentne, tähelepanelik"
Sattusin tema juurde juhuslikult, Tõnismäe hamba poliklinikust saadeti tema juurde eemaldada krooni tihtvi , mis jäi kinni ja oli vajalik mikroskoopiga töö. Minu juhtum oli keeruline, sest hamba all oli tsüst. Alguses arst proovis ravida tsüsti tihvti eemaldamisel aga, kahjuks ei õnnestunud. Alati selgitab mis teeb, teeb pildid kogu aeg,ja pärast seletab ja näitab mis ja kuidas oli tehtud. Tsüsti ravis hiljem, tegi operatsiooni mille käigus oli väga tähelepanelik ja kogu aeg muretses ja küsis, kuidas ma ennast tunnen. Pärast slgitas kõik mis ja kuidas oli tehtud. Mina jäin väga rahul ja kindlasti soovitan.
